Encourage your child to explore their own unique potential with the joy and health of Yoga. Taught in a relaxed atmosphere of acceptance and self awareness, classes are designed to challenge and nurture your child. Creativity and fun flourish, as they discover new ways to express themselves both physically, artistically and mentally. Daily physical Yoga practice, art and music exploration and relaxation techniques are taught. All props and materials provided.

:: Classes exclusively for Germantown Elementary students Kindergarten through 5th grades. Generously paid for by the Germantown Parent & Teacher Association, this class is offered free of charge to students. A safe, nurturing environment for physical challenge, this spirited class strengthens students' sense of self and community. 10 students maximum. All props provided. Students should wear comfortable clothing to move freely and easily in. Student to adult ratio 4:1. Chaperone volunteers compensated with free adult classes at any of good times yoga's ongoing classes throughout this calendar year.

::60 minute Yoga Class Outdoors on the South Harbor Dock overlooking Saltworks Creek in the Saefern Community of Annapolis. Open to all. Classes only $10 with 5 card pass or $15 drop in. One more reason to love summer!
Directions: Generals Highway (West), RIGHT onto Epping Forest Road. Follow Epping Forest to South Forest Lane.(6th RIGHT). Follow South Forest to end (2 blocks) at culdesac. Arriving into the culdesac at the 6 o'clock position, take the paved driveway at 11 o'clock (unmarked) to the bottom of the hill.
Ample parking available in culdesac or parking area dockside. Class meets at the dock 7pm on Thursdays. Check website in case of inclement weather & indoor location.

Experience yoga like no place else in this beautiful and unique + historical setting. Classes outdoors under the tent on the brick terrace overlooking the fragrant and beloved gardens of Annapolis.
Class Pass can be purchased through the Historic Annapolis Foundation, www.annapolis.org, or at your first class. $75 for 5 classes. Valid for 3 months.
Classes will start again in the FALL Of 2009!
